Thank you for shopping at New England Sports Photo. This document governs all returns and exchanges of New England Sports Photo (“nesportsphoto.com”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund/Replacement Policy. New England Sports Photo reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy we establish the following definitions:
- “Products” means all products and services sold at nesportsphoto.com.
- “Customer” means end user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to New England Sports Photo, 687 Lowell St Unit 4 Methuen, MA 01844
- “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.
- “Digital Delivery” refers to any items in a digital format, such as image files or compressed files.
- “Website” refers to New England Sports Photo, accessible at nesportsphoto.com.
- “You” refers to the individual using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.
- “Shipment Date” starts at the time all the items are scanned by UPS, received by the United State Postal Service, or when emails are sent indicating items have shipped and online re-orders are available. In the case of an order sent directly to the league for distribution, the date is when the league order has been scanned by the shipper.
What’s New England Sports Photo Return and Refund Policy?
We accept returns on most products except for Digital Delivery items. You can return items purchased from Us within 45 days of the Shipment Date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:
- Product isn’t used or damaged by the user.
If 45 days or more have passed since
1) your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
2) your organization’s picture day,we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Whichever date is later. Example if the purchase was made on 1/1/2024 but picture day was on 1/20/2024, the start would be the 1/20/2024 period.
Return Policy Exceptions
- Digital Delivery: No Refunds.
- Used items or items damaged by the end user: No Refunds
- Shipping+Handling fees No Refunds
- Credit card surcharges: No Refunds
- Convenience fees: No Refunds

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.

Please notify us as soon as possible of your intention to return or exchange an item. You can notify us:

- We will contact you via email if we have any questions or concerns regarding your Return & Refund request.
- Ship it back
The following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, proceed to the next section.
Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address: NESP; 687 Lowell St Unit 4; Methuen, MA 01844
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.
- Inspection & Refund/Exchange
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price not including any associated shipping+handling fees, credit card surcharges, or convenience fees. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Credits appearing on your statement is solely dependent on your bank, normally within 14 business days. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 3-5 business days of processing your return.
Missing Items, Orders not Received, Corrections on Orders
After 75 days from Shipment Date, all orders are considered to have been delivered, fulfilled, and correct. No refunds or items will be shipped. If you believe you have missing items or have not received your order, please contact us immediately.
All Team Names, Divisions, and Coach’s names are provided by the organization for printing on all items. The league provided organization is considered to be correct and true. No substitutions or modifications will be made. We will not modify that information on a customer by customer basis.
We are not responsible for misspellings, incorrect names, or other incorrect data supplied by the customer or league.
