These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of New England Sports Photo Inc (“New England Sports Photo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide youth-sports and school photography, including picture-day scheduling, coordination, ordering, and fulfillment for leagues, schools, and organizations.

Orders & Payment

Prices, packages, and turnaround times are as described in your proposal or agreement and may change due to materials, labor, or other costs. Orders are produced after payment as arranged with your league or organization.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our booking form, a signed photography agreement, or our crew roster, you consent to receive recurring text messages from New England Sports Photo related to scheduling, confirmations, availability, assignments, and reminders.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

Photographs and other content we create remain our property except as granted in your order or agreement. You may not resell or commercially reproduce our images without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New England Sports Photo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed once orders are handed to a shipping carrier.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
